We ship Monday through Wednesday and our packages are delivered Tuesday through Friday—depending on the shipping destination, shipping method, and day and time of checkout. (We don’t deliver Sunday or Monday.)
We ship Hardscoop to all U.S. states and the District of Columbia with the exception of Alabama, Mississippi, Utah, Arizona, Rhode Island, Alaska, and Hawaii, due to strict alcohol delivery restrictions in these states.
If you provide a shipping address that is one of these states, we regret that we will have to cancel your order.
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes .
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase Hardscoop, and you must be available to sign for the package when delivered.
Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly forbidden to order, purchase, or accept delivery of Hardscoop.
We offer flat-rate shipping based on the zip code of your shipping destination -within the United States.
Shipping cost $16.00 to these states:

Shipping cost $23.00 to these states:

We pack frozen goods in an insulated shipping box with enough dry ice to keep the contents perfectly frozen well into the evening of the delivery date. It gets colder inside that box than it does in your freezer: -109.3°F.
Do Not handle the dry ice. Follow the directions in box.
You will receive an email notification with tracking number when your order ships.
No frozen goods will be in transit more than 48 hours.
SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday; we do not ship on Thursday and Fridays for arrival during the weekend, or on holidays. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
A signature is required upon delivery since our products contains alcohol.
Please confirm someone 21+ will be home to receive the package, especially if you’re sending the ice cream as a gift!
Shipments are packed in an insulated cooler box with dry ice to keep the ice cream frozen for the transit period. Please use caution when unpacking and don't handle dry ice with bare hands. Instead, leave it in the cooler and allow it to evaporate.
Weather and unforeseen circumstances can delay shipments. We strongly recommend that you schedule your order to arrive at least 1 business day before your desired usage date to allow for any delays.
Hardscoop is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.
A signature is required upon delivery since our products contain alcohol. Shipments that are returned because someone 21+ is not available to sign will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the contents of the package are stored in a freezer promptly after delivery.
Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather or operational delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates. HardScoop is not responsible for delays due to weather conditions or other natural causes beyond our control.
CANCELLATION // REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. There are no returns, modifications, or cancellations allowed on any order once it has shipped. Sale and Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered or, for any reason, an order that has been attempted for delivery and then returned or declined by the buyer or recipient, which includes failed delivery because of adult signature not available or claimed within the allotted time provided by the shipping carrier.
